Approaching health and safety risk revolves around influencing a positive culture from the top (senior management, the board etc.), taking a proactive approach to manage negative outcomes and putting measures in place to reduce future occurrences.

The same does not seem to be applied when dealing with work-related stress and wellbeing.

This webinar, in partnership with The Healthy Work Company, aims to highlight how to build a cohesive approach in dealing with organisational wellbeing.

Topics covered include:

  • How HR and health and safety should work together to manage wellbeing in the workplace.
  • Taking a risk assessment approach to wellbeing.
  • Involving your senior management throughout your wellbeing management process.

I joined Praxis42 in June 2021 as a Marketing Executive. Having worked in the health and safety field for over six years, I felt I could bring a lot of experience and enthusiasm to the table.

Outside of work I have two beautiful boys (Xander and Kitt), and spend time socialising, baking and singing a showtune or two!
